Swell Time

For the 3rd birthday of Vienna´s own Swell Time i threw in a flyer redesign. We agreed to keep the dancing couple but skip the old logotype, as a glittering party devoted to Sixties Mad Men style CANNOT carry that Brush Script font any longer.

The new Logotype is based on the Luxus Brut font. However, this application needed a heavier, more bold expression with more contrast, less spacing, more swell. The drafts finally lead to the design of Luxus Brut Sparkling.
