Who we are
Our website address is: https://www.phospho.at.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by the site. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.
We use 3 groups of cookies: WooCommerce cookies, Cookie Consent cookie, and Google Maps cookies:
• The WooCommerce cookies allow the online shop to function correctly. Expires after closing the session.
• Google Maps cookies allow Google Maps to remember which browser you are using and what preferences you have set when you view maps. Expires after 6 months.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
The site does NOT use Google Analytics or any other web traffic analysis service to collect and analyze information on the behavior of site usage.
Who we share your data with
This site uses so-called web fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform representation of fonts. When a page is called up, your browser loads the required webfonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. To do this, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. As a result, Google learns that your website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Webfonts is in the interest of a uniform and attractive presentation of the online offers on this website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
